Plans for the next 12 months

Financing the next 12 months

We’ve got a lot to do:

  • Research comparable programs to inform design choices and sliding scale model.

  • Execute a month-long pop-up to generate data, reconcile menu and staffing needs, generate publicity. 

  • Conduct site selection and community engagement process. 

  • Begin major funding campaign for first three restaurants. 

Launching Community Kitchen
